WZID Wedding Expo

Marry & Tux

Jacques Pastries

Jacques Flower Shop

Can you tell I had cake in my mind? This expo was PACKED! Thankfully there weren't any crazy brides knocking people over! Lots of photographers and tuxedos.

The first picture I took is from Marry & Tux. They located in Nashua, and are family owned and have been open since 1970 (and that's a lot to say today in age!). They were very nice to talk to and everyone was going crazy over their gowns!

The second picture is from Jacques Pastries. They had AMAZING artwork with their cakes. Though I couldn't find the Birch Wedding Cake design I show in the picture in their site... I discovered a world of gorgeous art pieces! Located in Suncook, NH, local goodness for everyone!

The third picture is from Jacques Flower Shop. Nothing to do with the pastries company. I drive by their place all the time right here in Manchester. Check out their site, they really know what they are doing.

And talking about flower shops, though they weren't at the Expo, I want to tell you guys about Apotheca Flower Shop and Cafe in Goffstown, NH. Imagine walking into a small, eclectic, flower shop in the middle of Boston... full of hand-made items from local artists, the warm smell of lattes and a really cozy environment. Adam and I go there for coffee and a croissant sometimes. You need to check them out!

And last, but definitely not least, are my girls from Arcadya! I've been going to them for 10 years, and I cannot say enough of them. Check out their site (I'm even in one of the pictures from one of the events!). If you are in Manchester, and you're looking for the best hair stylist, ask for Sarah. And for the massages, Danielle and Amanda are the best! though they are all pretty good... check them out!

I did have a lot of fun going to the expo, and I am really considering going to one or two, but man... is no secret that signing up for one of those is pretty expensive, and taking that plunge gives me the shivers. So, question: As a local bride (or know someone who's getting married) do you think I should do an Expo? Which ones have you gone to? Anything you recommend?

I look forward to hearing (reading) what you have to say!
